Want to Learn Special Effects Makeup ( SPFX )

From fantasy to frightening our introduction to SPFX classes are designed to cover everything required to create realistic visual effects. Using both 2D & 3D skills, students will learn numerous techniques to confidently deliver stunning results including:

• Injury simulation – cuts & lacerations
• Prosthetic creation & applications
• Theatre effects – ageing & hair applications
• Bruises & burns
• Character creation assessment

All full-time students will be given the opportunity to apply their newly acquired skills to design and create SPFX wounds and looks throughout these introductory classes.

• 5 weeks
• 15 hours of face-to-face, hands-on classes
• Time: 4pm to 7pm
• Days: Thursday evenings
• Location: Beerwah, Sunshine Coast
