Want to Learn Special Effects Makeup ( SPFX )
From fantasy to frightening our introduction to SPFX classes are designed to cover everything required to create realistic visual effects. Using both 2D & 3D skills, students will learn numerous techniques to confidently deliver stunning results including:
- Injury simulation – cuts & lacerations
- Prosthetic creation & applications
- Theatre effects – ageing & hair applications
- Bruises & burns
- Character creation assessment
All full-time students will be given the opportunity to apply their newly acquired skills to design and create SPFX wounds and looks throughout these introductory classes.
- 5 weeks
- 15 hours of face-to-face, hands-on classes
- Time: 4pm to 7pm
- Days: Thursday evenings
- Location: Beerwah, Sunshine Coast
